Lead Artist, Installation
Heather Ackroyd
Heather Ackroyd, of Ackroyd & Harvey, has exhibited extensively in contemporary art galleries, museums, public spaces and sites of special interest both nationally and internationally. The artists give high profile keynotes and public presentations and contribute writings and photographs to books and journals.
Their multi-disciplinary work intersects art, activism, architecture, biology, ecology and history, and references memory and time, nature and culture. Anthropogenic climate change and biosphere degradation are key subjects in their practice interfacing their profound interest in local ecologies and global environmental concerns. In 2019, Ackroyd & Harvey co-founded Culture Declares Emergency in response to the climate and ecological emergency.

Lead Artist, Participation
Zena Edwards
For 27 years, Zena has been a professional writer/poet performer, radical educator and creative project developer after graduating from Middlesex University. She studied storytelling and performance at The London International School for Performing Arts and is founder and Creative and Strategic Director of Verse in Dialog – an arts and engagement CIC that champions arts that serve. She regularly curates independent events advocating for climate and environmental justice, equity and decolonisation, facilitating personal sovereignty and collective well-being. www.verseindialog.com

Project Coordiantor & Producer
Shabnam Shabazi
Shabnam Shabazi is an interdisciplinary ‘artivist’, a highly original, seasoned, tenacious
cultural entrepreneur, with over sixteen years senior management experience, developing
projects across London, nationally and internationally, leading and taking care of all
aspects of project management. Participation, the interstices between art forms and
cultures have always been at the heart of my practice. Working with diverse artists and
communities across a range of art forms as a creative producer. Developing innovative,
strategic, participatory projects and engagement approaches, leading to the creation of high quality events and programmes.
A maker and Enabler of creative projects, with extensive experience of developing projects
for over 26 years. Participation, the interstices between art forms and cultures have
always been at the heart of her practice. Working with diverse artists and communities
across a range of art forms as an artist and organiser. Developing innovative, strategic,
projects and pioneering engagement approaches, leading to the creation of high quality
events and programmes.

Sound Designer
Isa Suarez
Isa Suarez is an award-winning composer who has scored a wide range of films for Television and Independent Film from emotional psycho-dramas, to adventure documentaries, socio-political, visual art and animation.
Originally from the Basque region (Spain/France) and trained as a classical musician (piano, Le Conservatoire), Isa Suarez is a composer, songwriter and singer. She has an eclectic and versatile practice, and has worked extensively for film, theatre, dance and performance, as well as producing sound art and dance music.
Inspired by her interest in human rights and community engagement, Suarez has created a number of large scale projects over the past decade that explore these subjects through performance, music and lyrics.
She plays keyboards, piano, bass, guitar, percussion and electronics. Her recording studio is based in South London.

Matthew Schmolle
Matthew has been a producer at The Old Vic, raising over £750,000 for the theatre, also runs The Working Party. He has collaborated with renowned directors including Roy Alexander Weise, Charlotte Westenra, Hannah Banister, Ng Choon Ping and Miguel Torres Umba.
As producer for Lewisham London Borough of Culture he as supported The Seven Poet Trees Project as Producer and fundraiser.
He has worked extensively in hard-to-reach communities through The Working Party, The Prince's Trust, Immediate Theatre, Only Connect and The Big House.
